Does exercise make your penis bigger?
i joined the track team at my school and my penis was about 3 inches. im an athletic person, i have a decent amount of muscle mass on me, i am an extremley fast sprinter… but i have a small penis. i have worked out for a while with weights at my gym, however i havnt ran and trained vigourisly in about a year, and doing all that exercise really made me feel good. i went home feeling my penis actually pretty bigger. and about 6 days of working out in track i measured my penis, and it was 4 inches regular and about 5 when i had an erection. thats a 1 inch difference. so was it the exercise that made my penis bigger? how does working out vigourisly make your penis bigger and how does it all work?
i would prefere an expert in the field like a doctor or something like that to answer this question, but anyone who knows is welcome to answer =)

Working out is a healthy benefit, but penis size is given by genes, I bet that exercise could help benefit it a bit, but no I am sorry, it does not make a huge difference. Another thing don’t worry about your penis size, if you would find the right woman she wouldn’t care. So just enjoy life, stay healthy and I bet women like a athletic body with a 5 inch penis more than a big ass belly guy with a 8 inch penis.

only if you do C ock push ups. i started with 5 a day and its been 2 weeks and i have already gained 3 inches.

first off I would love to tell you that exercising makes it bigger , but unfortunately it would be a lie so I cannot.
size is all down to genetics
as someone wisely said it will help with strengthening your erection and in that it may make it swell out a little bit more but not much however it will change colour a bit because of the extra blood pressure it will go a bit darker in colour ie the gland will become more purple and the shaft a deeper red but size sadly no! shame as keeping fit is so good for you.
and as someone else said which as a female I will confirm 5″ on a fit guy is far better than 8″ on a big fat beer gutted slob and 8″ you will be glad to hear is to big for most girls anyway as it will hit the cervix (painful) before the girl gets the clitoral bump (best bit for girls)
and before you ask NO there is nothing you can do to make it bigger nothing!!
No creams no pills no pulling techniques only surgery and that has it problems sometimes and it’s expensive
just be happy with what you end up with learn how to use it and what to do before you use it and 99% of girls will be perfectly happy with whatever you have and 90% of guys if your that way inclined
so just be happy and confident with whatever you end up with

Men have a fat pouch in their pelvic area around their penis. How that fat pouch looks depends on the person, but the rule of thumb is that the fatter you are, the larger the amount of fat around your penis. not a doctor but here’s my 2 cents worth.
If you’re under 20 – MOST likely you will grow a few more inches.
If you want to get better in bed – get more skilful – you can make up this way for the lack in size.
Here’s a good technique you could use in the meantime:
Step 1: Go for a 40% to 50% erection.
Step 2: With your right or left hand (whichever you prefer), make a circle with your thumb and forefinger, with the middle, ring finger and pinky outstretched. It should look like you are making the OK sign.
Step 3: With your OK sign, firmly hold the base of your penis and gently move your fingers toward the head of your penis. Your hand should rest on the same area while you are doing this movement and not slide along the shaft of your penis.
Step 4: Once your fingers are as close to the head of the penis as you can manage, release your grip. This constitutes one repetition.
Initially, do 20 to 30 repetitions per session, gradually increasing it to 50 repetitions per session after a couple of weeks.
