Im a sophomore and there are freshman that have triple the size of mine and its so embarrassing. Shave your testicles and shaft. It will make your schlong look a lot bigger. If you still don’t look big enough, in your eyes, shave everything.

The simple answer is no. If you are over weight then you can make your penis look longer by losing weight. The reduction in fat allows you to see all of the penis shaft. The size of a penis when flaccid gives no indication of how long it will be when it’s erect. In fact the smaller ones tend to have greater powers of expansion than the longer versions. Big penises don’t tend to grow in length much at all.

There are a lot of things you can do, but they all take TIME. You have to keep up with it, do it when your suppose to.
Do Not do the surgery, it has been perfected yet.
