I’m in my late 30’s, how can I increase my sex drive?
Other than taking male enhancement drugs or see a psychiatrist, I want to know other methods or natural supplements. My occupation is a phone monkey – sitting all day. Could the stress cause low sex drive?

hello Aintok Do you have a girlfriend to help you increase you sex drive. Do you do alot of masterbation do you what other people have sex. Yes it can stress cause sex drive to slow down a little. But you need to do this on your own or with a girlfriend if she is willing to help you.

I find that regular cardio exercise helps a lot. Not only does it improve your fitness level, it also helps with your mental state. Take care of the body, and the rest will work itself out over time.
