We already knew her urethra was slightly hidden inside the opening of her vagina (not just in her vulva, her actual vagina). She has a very small clitoris, but definitely a clitoris (the small bead of flesh under the hood at the anterior end of where her labia minora connect). When we were fooling around today, I discovered that a little lump of flesh inside the front of her vagina (right inside the entrance, way below what we think is her g-spot) is where her urethral opening is, and that the mound of flesh looks like a tiny, stout penis with a thin wing of skin (like miniature labia minora) coming off each side of the seeming frenulum, including the end of the urethra being located at the tip. It was about a centimeter long (mostly head) and nearly as wide when it was hard from her being aroused and without me pushing the skin down from bunching up around it. I don’t know how long it was with the skin pushed down, but not much longer.
She has some other congenital and post-congenital developmental abnormalities. If it didn’t develop until puberty or it had developed then but the doctors didn’t bother checking inside (I don’t know why they would have), the doctors at her birth wouldn’t have mentioned it, and she hasn’t seen a gynecologist because her mother won’t let her go until she has sex and she’s too embarrassed to admit it so she can go. We can go to a gynecologist on our own eventually, but we won’t be able to afford it any time soon. She does have periods (but they’re really bad and really irregular, and I’ve never seen her flow aside from the horrible stains they sometimes leave), so she at least seems to have a working uterus.
Is there any sort of syndrome that gives a person a small, masculine glans in addition to a regular clitoris and menstruation or false menstruation?
