Hi..iam 15 years since last 2 months…Me and my friends yesterday were coming back home from school and i dont know how,we start to talk about penis size…one of them said,his penis size is 16cm when erect,other one dicribes his penis with his cell phone(about 16-17cm)
…and i was like busted…i had to lie,cos mine is 12.1cm when fully erected…if i said that they will start to laugh at me…iam not happy with my size,i want to get it bigger…by the way i heard some technic JELQ is helpful to enlarge penis size…i watched some videos,and i want to do that,but iam little scared…cos i can hurt myself if i dont make it right…Please only honestly answers and suggestions!
P.S Those friends of mine are all at same age like me

first off use inches. secondly they were probably lying. Everyone adds an inch or two to there regular size. Hell i even do.
