What do products like maxidurm do to the male body?
I know the point of it is to make your penis bigger but at what costs? It has to affect your blood pressure or something right? I just don’t understand how a pill or cream can magically make you bigger down there without harming you overall. So my question is what do male enhancements do to your body and do they even work?

Most male “enhancement” products are simply selling dreams. They exploit insecurities and convince people to pay large amounts of money for unimpressive products. Most don’t work, the rest only work minimally. When it comes down to it, anyone who’s more worried about sex and the size of their penis than building the actual relationship that they have with their bf/gf has a serious problem.

They will remove weight from your body by reducing the amount of money you will carry. There just a dream. Save your $ and enjoy what you have. Size is in your head, it’s how you use it that counts.
